du coup je lui reponds que je ne comprends pas pourquoi Josh(celui avec qui je corresponds depuis le debut)m'a confirmer que la ceinture etait prete,et surtout Pourquoi celui qui commande une armure est prioritaire par rapport a un autre client et que cela fait plus de 3 mois que j'ai commande ce kit!!!

When I started making props i would only supply something that I would have myself, and this extends to the service and how people are treated. I totally understand your frustrations, I feel them too. In recent days we have decided to remove the people who are providing this poor service and myself and Simon and Andrea are addressing every outstanding issue we have, to return our service and communications back to the highest possible standard.
I would love to supply you with the strapping pack you require, but at tis moment in time I can not give a date when that would be and in view of the long delays already I think it best all round to offer this refund at this time.
Please let me know how you paid, and any exchange rate issues you may have had so we can get a refund over to you and ensure you are not ou to pocket.
Again, we are truly sorry for this situation, but rest assured we are returning to the level you guys need and this is the first step.

En gros,Rob comprends ma frustration et me confirme que certains membres de son staff sont mediocres voir sur le depart.
Concernant mon kit ,je peux m'assoir dessus.
Remboursement effectue dans la journee.

une armure incomplete,3 mois d'attente pour rien et...
PLus tu mets d'argent plus tu es prioritaire.

je laisse ca derriere moi et j'ai commande sur white armor les gants latex chez joseph et je fabrique moi meme la belt.
